Essentials Service
£10 Per Month
Our annual gas boiler service plan includes:
- A yearly visit to carry out checks to ensure your boiler and central heating system is safe and in good working order.
- A visual check of the boiler.
- A check to assess that the boiler fires up safely and to identify any faults.
- A flue gas analysis and gas consumption test.
- Opening up the boiler and inspecting it.
- Checking and adjusting system pressure.
- Cleaning the condense trap.
- Visually checking and bleeding the radiators.
- A visual check of the hot water cylinder.
- Homeowner or landlord certificate.
- Boiler service kits included where necessary.
- Reduced £60 call-out fee (saving £36).
Essentials Boiler Care
£22 Per Month
Annual boiler service plus…
- Repairing a single natural gas or LPG boiler on your property, designed for home use and has a heat output capacity of up to 70kW.
- Supplying and fitting any boiler parts required.
- Repair or replacement of the room sealed flue up to one metre in length and the flue terminal.
- Repair or replacement of the controls that make the boiler work including the programmer and thermostat.
- Priority attendance for any call-outs.
- No call-out fee.
- £200 towards the cost of a new boiler if we can’t repair it providing it fits one of the following categories:
- It is less than seven years old; or
- It is between seven and ten years old, we installed it, and it has been continuously.
- Covered by us under either a warranty or Kingsbury Care product.
Essentials Heating System
£28 Per Month
Annual boiler service plus…
- Repair or replacement of the room sealed flue up to one metre in length and the flue terminal.
- Repair or replacement of the controls that make the boiler work including the programmer and thermostat.
- Repairing or replacing radiators or radiator valves.
- Repairing or replacing central heating controls including the pump or zone valves.
- Replacing the gas supply pipe to your boiler, if we cannot repair it.
- Priority attendance to any call-outs.
- No call-out fee.
- £1,000 towards the cost of a new boiler, if we can’t repair it providing it fits one of the following categories:
- It is less than seven years old; or
- It is between seven and ten years old, we installed it and it has been continuously.
- Covered by us under either a warranty or Kingsbury Care product.
Add-Ons
From £2 Extra Per Month
- Gas Fire Service Plan – we will carry out an annual service and safety check of your gas fire. Gas fires need regular servicing to ensure they are working safely and to identify any problems.
- Gas Cooker Safety Check – we will carry out a visual safety check of your gas cooker and/or hob. This is an important check, to ensure that they are working safely and to identify any problems.
- Unvented Cylinder Plan – we will carry out a service of the cylinder. This includes checking the condition of the seals, testing the temperature and pressure relief valve, recharging any expansion vessels, ensuring there are no blockages in the tundish, cleaning the combination/pressure reducing valve and confirming correct operation of the immersion and thermostat.
- Landlord’s Gas Safety Certificate – when servicing the boiler in accordance with your core Service Plan, we will additionally create and provide the required certification, in the current approved format. This certificate will be provided on an annual basis.
