Boiler Service

To ensure your boiler is in tip-top condition, our engineers will carry out a thorough inspection. This includes testing the safety devices, analysing the flue gases, cleaning the condensate trap and checking the condition of mechanical parts such as the fan, pump and diverter valve. If any new parts or seals are required, our engineers will let you know on the day. They will also check the operation of all your heating controls, radiators, and hot water cylinder, if you have one.

Boiler Service Certificate

Our engineer will complete an electronic certificate which will include your appliance details, results of the tests carried out and any recommendations for energy-efficiency upgrades. This will be emailed to you upon completion of the service. If you are a landlord, this will be the evidence you need to demonstrate that you have met your legal requirements regarding boiler servicing.
