Qualified Engineers
Our engineers have all been trained through an apprenticeship, which means they have plenty of experience and have passed all of the criteria to allow them to become Gas Safe Registered. When you choose Kingsbury, you can be confident that you are choosing quality and excellence.

The Boiler Service
To ensure your boiler is in tip top condition our engineers will carry out a thorough inspection, which includes testing the safety devices, analysing the flue gases, cleaning the condensate trap and checking the condition of mechanical parts like the fan, pump and diverter valve. If any new parts or seals are required, our engineers will let you know on the day. Our engineers will also check the operation of all your heating controls, radiators and hot water cylinder, if you have one.

Certificate
Your engineer will complete an electronic certificate which will include your appliance details, results of the tests that have been carried out and any recommendations for energy efficiency upgrades. This will be emailed to you upon completion of the service. If you are a landlord, this will be the evidence you need to demonstrate that you have met your legal requirements regarding boiler servicing.
